How we work

This page explains how content on Ecomm Growth Kit is produced, so you can judge how far to trust it.

Who writes it

Every page is published under the name of Anton Jonson, who is responsible for its accuracy.

How pages are made

• Research. We start from vendor documentation, official pricing pages and other primary sources, and check search results to see what readers actually need.
• AI assistance. Drafts and calculator code are prepared with the help of an AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic). Nothing is published until it has been reviewed, edited and approved by a person.
• Fact-checking. Prices, fee rates, plan limits and feature claims are checked against the vendor's own page, and the date of the check is shown on the page. This covers page titles, descriptions and structured data as well as the article text.
• Calculators. Each calculator shows its formula and a worked example, and the calculation code is covered by automated tests.

What we don't do

• We don't publish fake reviews, testimonials or invented customer stories.
• We don't claim hands-on testing we haven't done. Unless a page says we used a product ourselves, it is based on the vendor's documentation and publicly available information.
• We don't publish large numbers of near-duplicate pages to catch searches. Each page has to be useful on its own.

Affiliate links and independence

Some pages contain affiliate links, which can earn us a commission. Pages that include them say so near the top, and the details are on the affiliate disclosurepage. A product is included because it fits the use case being covered.

Updates and corrections

Pages show the date they were last updated. We recheck price and fee pages regularly because those figures change. If you find a mistake, contact us using the details on theAbout page and we will correct it.
